Partners' meeting in bucharest, romania
Within 17th-18th of September, the Creating Care consortium gathered in Bucharest, Romania for the final Transnational Project Meeting.
The partners engaged in a fruitful 2-days discussion regarding the final activities of the project and, most importantly, they sketched a sustainability plan that will ensure a continuity of the developed tools and results.
The team is glad to share that the Creating Care mobile app, as last result of the project, was also launched in the later part of the project, now being accessible in Apple Store and Google Play.
